Hostel (Boys & Girls)
The Institute is running separate hostels for Boys & Girls. The hostels are managed by a Warden assisted by a Deputy Warden. The Principal of H.M.S Institute of Technology is the Chairman of the Hostel Committees. The Hostel rooms are provided with necessary furniture. Every hostel is adequately equipped with a vegetarian mess to it. The students are strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the Hostels. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Switch off the lights, fans, etc. while leaving the room. Close all water taps after use to avoid water wastage
- Any damage to the room furniture/any other hostel/Institute property shall be charged along with the fine from the concerned students
- The hostellers shall keep their rooms, corridors, staircase and bathrooms spotlessly clean and tidy all times. Students found to be living untidy and un-hygienically will be asked to leave the hostel/a fine of Rs. 100/- minimum shall be imposed.
